Summer Form Time Task

Over the summer holidays you will also need to complete a homework project for form time which you should bring with you on your first day at school so you can share it with the other members of your class.

Your task is to make a collage telling all the other people in your form about you!

You can use pictures from the internet, your own drawings, photos and/or colourful materials.

Include your hobbies, what you enjoy doing, favourite football/tennis/pop stars, pets, interesting facts, favourite food/programme/colour.
